1. Eligibility for Returns

Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

For hygiene reasons, intimates, swimwear, and accessories (such as earrings, hair items, etc.) cannot be returned.

Sale or clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return.
2. Return Process

To start a return, please contact us at support@moinafashion.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, you will receive return instructions and (if applicable) a shipping label.

Unless the item was delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
3. Refunds

Refunds are issued back to your original payment method after the returned item is inspected and approved.

Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to reflect, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different size or style, please place a new order once your refund is processed.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.
