Return & Refund Policy

At Moina Fashion, we want you to love every piece you purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied, we’re here to help with a simple and transparent return process.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • For hygiene reasons, intimates, swimwear, and accessories (such as earrings, hair items, etc.) cannot be returned.

  • Sale or clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return.


2. Return Process

  • To start a return, please contact us at support@moinafashion.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • Once approved, you will receive return instructions and (if applicable) a shipping label.

  • Unless the item was delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.


3. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued back to your original payment method after the returned item is inspected and approved.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to reflect, depending on your bank or card issuer.

  • Shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable.


4. Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

  • If you need a different size or style, please place a new order once your refund is processed.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.
